Today, while the Canadain Mens Olympic team was battling the US for Gold, I was out for a nice prespring Ride with My Daughter Kara. 20 Klm later I had burned off 1135 calories, spent some quality time with my youngest, and the Canadians WON Gold! Not being a hockey enthusist, I feel like a minority. But I still take pride and I know alot of my friends will be happier for a day or 2. I look forward to riding in warmer weather (+3C Today) and not having to bundle up so much and seeing something other than white scenery.
